The campground office was built 20 years ago as a temporary structure and now the floor, which was all untreated wood, was rotting away and one of the large cabinets inside fell through it. So the owner contracted a carpenter to rebuild the floor and the contractor, Gary, Norm and Jack pulled up the old floor to find rotten wood and mold. Gary rented a mini excavator and dug out the dirt and for the next five days they secured the supports and laid down new pressure treated wood. Jack had the brilliant idea to paint the office walls since everything was out, so he and I painted the walls before the final floor was laid. What a difference. Of course once the office was done, the store had to have the new floor and walls repainted also. So everything was moved into the newly done office and we painted the walls and the contractor laid the new floor. It looks really nice and Mary said she has sold a lot more stuff.
