Jul 27, 2017 - We took a ride about 40 miles from St. Johnsbury, VT into New Hampshire to go to the North Haverhill Country Fair. We had a good time walking around watching all the kids on the rides, looking at all the animals and the shows. We saw plenty of cows, oxen pulling contests, chickens, rabbits, goats and one large pig with 12 piglets. There was also a car show with about 50 cars, some nice ones too. Jul 23, 2017 - The campground had a frozen t-shirt contest. There were two teams of grandfather and grandson. The t-shirts were balled up in a container filled with water then frozen, and each "team" had to thaw it out using nothing but their bodies and put it on to win. Needless to say, the grandfathers did most of the work, taking almost two hours. Each got a free ice cream as their prize.

The campground had a woman come in and she taught anyone who wanted to learn how to paint a watercolor picture. I didn't join but did watch seven women and one guy do their best and they did really well too. She's coming back again next month, and I think I might join this time.
