Sept 3, 2017 - The campground held a contest for the best dressed dog. It was raining out but eight dogs and their owners showed up. Each dog was given a toy after they performed a few tricks. They had to sit and not take a treat until told to, they had to walk around the pavilion next to their owner and pose for a picture. Needless to say, they all got a toy. Two people acted as judges and the winner received more toys, treats, a dog collar and doggie bags and scoop. T

Aug 16, 2017 - Last weekend the owners of the campground celebrated owning it for 20 years. They had a large sheet cake, brought out their numerous photo books with pictures from day one, and the seasonal campers toasted them and gave them a present. We all had a great time celebrating. Afterwards they had an adult comedian but unfortunately, one parent brought his 9-year-old son, so the comedian had to change his whole routine. Mary was not happy because she recommended,
