Jun 30, 2019 - This morning we woke up to some very bad news; Milo, the owners beautiful black cat was hit by a car. Gary got him and buried him in the backyard with other pets they have had. Milo was such a sweet and lovable cat and we were all in tears. The other cats, Toby and Sweetpie miss him too; they have been looking around and meowing a lot. Sept 22, 2019 - Sue & Bryant came up for a visit and she participated in the campground's chili cook off. To her surprise, she came in first out of six participants and received $50 and a new chili pot to take home. Needless to say, she was thrilled, and Bryant will never live it down! Jul 21, 2019 - We all know about Ben & Jerry's ice cream. We took the tour and tasted samples. They are now selling the "bits" they put in the ice cream. Today's sample was Broccoli Cheddar Chunk (just kidding). The real flavor was Americone Dream, a vanilla ice cream that tasted like an old fashion waffle cone with chocolate and caramel; pretty good.
