There was a golf cart parade this morning. Everyone met at the golf cart parking lot in Danforth Bay. This year's parade was the biggest one in the history of the campground. There were 134 golf carts between the Bluffs and Danforth Bay and everyone was decorated and some of the campers were also. Our neighbors were both dressed, he was Uncle Sam and she was in a flag swimsuit coverup.
We joined at the end of the line with four others. We drove all over the Danforth campground then came back into the Bluffs to a field on Garfield. There we all gathered to sing God Bless America. Then we continued through the Bluffs and back to our clubhouse. Carts were peeling off as we went, including us when we got to our site. These people go all out for these things. It was so much fun.
