Every season the campground puts on a seasonal dinner supplying everything just for the seasonal campers and this year they had both lobster and steak. They cooked forty 1-lb lobsters and grilled 30 steaks and all the extras were catered. They fed 26 campers, including them. This was a first for us and boy was it good. The lobsters were soft shell and relatively easy to crack even without crackers and Norm cooked the steaks to perfection, anyway you wanted it. After dinner Mary handed out our contracts for next year and thanked everyone for being some of the best seasonal campers she's had.
Then the next weekend we had a Roast Beef dinner. The campground supplied all the roast beef (40 pounds worth) and the campers brought the rest. Everything was really good.
