Cruise on Ossipee Lake

September 1 - Our neighbors invited out for a ride in their pontoon boat. We went through canals, the bay, and out to Ossipee Lake. There is a large sand bar where everyone gathers to party and play games in the water; it's only thigh or waist high. They even have a boat serving drinks and snacks. It was so peaceful, and the views were awesome.

The boats are "parked" on a sand bar, only a couple of feet deep. Everyone gathers here to party and play games. What fun. And, they even have a boat that has drinks and snacks

Out to Ossipee Lake, it's 3,257 acres and the sixth-largest lake in New Hampshire. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains
