Nothing stops this campground from having fun, not even a flood! The Mexican potluck was on the schedule, and everyone wanted to have it. Afterall, everyone had electric so there was really no reason not to. We had probably, 30 people attend and all kinds of Mexican dishes. I made street corn salad and so did two others; but it was amazing how different they all were. Most all dishes were mild when it came to spicy hot with only one dish that "knocked your socks off". The only thing we did not have was dessert! We didn't need it.... Everyone really enjoyed having this new event. We were going to have a bonfire but the firepit and grass around it was still too wet, so that was not possible.
