We had ten (10) crockpots filled with chili for the contest. I even made some. Mary, Tim, Carmen and I served up the samples and after all was done, the votes were in and Tim, one of our seasonal campers, won the contest. Tim won a $75 basket from Maple Grove full of pancake mix, syrups, cookies, and maple candy. Second place won $20, and third place won $15. Everyone else received a package with a box of pancake mix and a bottle of maple syrup. Personally, I think all were really good. Most were mild, not hot. It was fun and we were really full.
